I enjoyed particularly good and perfect location of this hotel.
Have stayed here many times and will choose it for sure next trip. The deluxe room I got was modern. I was satisfied with room service and wake-up service, available. The breakfast was awesome and sensational, the check in was early.

The staff were friendly and efficient. The wifi coverage was excellent. The bathroom was large and well laid out, although a soap receptacle in the shower would be useful. Details like clothes brush and shoe horn are always appreciated. Good copious breakfast with a superb view.
Only niggles, everything was so well laid out. The ironing board was not very stable, but nothing else disturbed a comfortable stay. Laundry service needs tightening up - 24 hrs is a maximum and the taxi service - of the town rather than the hotel is unreliable, 5 minutes means a missed train.

One of few best hotels in the Netherlands. I'm not exagerating. I lived in Holland for 10 years and doing business with different Dutch companies in different cities in the Netherlands and know the standard of Dutch hotels 3 to 5 Starts. This one is one of the few best hotels by all means.
It's not about WestCord wtc hotel in particular. All Hotels in the Netherlands are exteremly over-priced even in villages and highways (Motels). I can only associate them with hotels in Tokyo or New York while with all respect the comparision is unfair for ny & Tokyo
